I live across the street from this spot and have been beggging for a quality, walkable coffee shop near me and Cultivar hits the spot!! The coffee and cinnamon rolls are soo good and it’s a really cute spot to sit and hang out. It’s pretty unassuming from the outside but it’s totally worth the stop for coffee and baked goods. After reading the rest of these reviews seems like I need to try the chai too! We go like 3x a week so I think I’ll be trying that next!

Cultivar cafe is going to be my new favorite place to hangout, study, and get delicious drinks & food! I ordered a hot chai tea and it was phenomenal. I also had a cinnamon roll which was made fresh and super tasty. They also have an unlimited salad bar which I’ve never seen in a coffee shop before! 10/10 recommend paying them a visit, and the owner Prince is a very hospitable, kind guy!

My friend and I did a high tea here with our daughters and it was such a lovely experience. The cafe owner makes his own chai tea blend from scratch and it was AMAZING! We will likely be stopping by the coffee shop again just for some more. The tea overall was lovely, the tea set was beautiful, the setting was so fun (can’t wait to return when the house is ready for tours!) and food was freshly made & tasted superb! Highly recommend!!!

Pros: Very cute place. They have a garden in the back and PLENTY of seating, inside and outside. Kind and hospitable staff. Homey environment. A/C! Cons: It’s a little pricey, so make sure to come with a little extra cash. Also, it’s kind of hard to spot from the road, so keep an eye out for the sign! I recommend this place to everyone.

The service was excellent! The barista made us feel very welcome and offered to warm up our pastry. The latte, steamer, and croissant were great and the environment is calm and open. It’s the perfect spot for a morning meeting or small Bible study group. There are a lot of antiques in the corner, (I’m assuming from the Molly Brown House, which shares the property). If those were moved, the space would be perfect for events! The owner has a cool story. This is a small business worth supporting! Will definitely come again.
